The Barn is a perfect place for a barbecue--it even has an ideal little pit for cooking in. Actually, the pit is not so little, and supposedly is the foundation for a big old aquarium that never was completed. To most of us, it looks like a perfect place for a hot tub.
Lawn bowling (bocce), volleyball, hackey-sacking, and tossing the disc around were favorite pastimes at barbecues. Once we get the music going and the food cooking, it's always plenty of fun.
BARN-B-Q IV
This was the last "official" Barn-B-Q, held on Saturday, May 22nd. The
event was titled Barn-B-Q IV: The Barncooling (as opposed to,
say, a housewarming), and attracted about twenty guests who came to bid
farewell to the Barn.
